Super easy and super yummy!
Christmas Crack
1 lb. pecan halves (I've used whole too)
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp. salt
Combine egg white and cold water. Evenly coat pecans with this mixture. In a seperate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss coated pecans in the mixture until they are evenly coated as well. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 50-55 minutes!
